![]() ![]() Test VMS applications for any defect/enhancement releases.Implement VMS configuration changes to address issues and/or to optimize/improve effectiveness.Identify and troubleshoot application issues. ![]() Responsible for identifying and developing VMS and process improvements for existing programs.Work with implementation team to load/validate client data into VMS application.May also include supporting analysis, design, conference room pilots, user acceptance testing Responsible for assisting VMS Systems Analysts in deploying and implementing new MSP engagements (i.e., coordinate the day-to-day deployment activities resolving issues escalated by clients, sales organization, TAPFIN operations, etc.).Provides technical support regarding the use of VMS tools, typically in a "Level 2" mode (where the Operations Team provides Level 1 support and the VMS provider provides Level 3 support). The position provides critical support by configuring and maintaining applications that enable internal and external clients to perform critical business functions related to requisition, assignment, time capture, invoicing, and reporting processes. ![]() Under the direction of the Implementation Director or Director of Solutions Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for providing VMS support to TAPFIN MSP programs.
